Hometown: Westhill, Aberdeenshire

Occupation: Production Assistant for BBC The Social

Sport: Running & recently started training for triathlon

Name of Club: Glasgow Triathlon Club/Parkrun

Coach: Rose McIlwhan/Tony Little

When/how you got involved: I have always enjoyed running, but I started taking it more seriously in 2014. Thanks to the help of my Guide Runner and Dad, Tony Little, I have been able to smash my PBs over the past few years. Competing a Triathlon has always been a life goal of mine, but the logistics and accessibility of swimming and cycling has prevented me from exploring it further. However, thanks to Scottish Disability Sport and Rose McIlwhan, a coach from GTC, I am now slowly on my way!

Sporting Highlights: Tallinn Marathon 2018

Sporting Goals and Aspirations: Life goals are to complete an ultra and triathlon, and complete all major marathon series.

One bit of advice for an aspiring athlete: Don’t give up and talk to as many people as you can about what you want to achieve. Chances are there are people out there with the same passion.
