A para swimmer from Aberdeen has had their first international selection for the British Para Swimming team.
Aberdeen Dolphin Swimming Club’s Natalia Chociaj, an S13 classified swimmer, was selected for the Para Swimming World Series event in Berlin last month.
Natalia, whose events include 100m Butterfly, 100m Backstroke, 100m Freestyle and 50m Freestyle managed to work her way into two finals and finished with a Top 3 S13 time in 100m Freestyle, 50m Freestyle and 100m Butterfly – an incredible achievement for her international debut!
Natalia has aspirations of attending the Commonwealth Games this year, and hopes her times from Berlin will be quick enough for consideration for Team Scotland!
Well done, Natalia!
